If I could give zero stars, I would. Evergreen Autoworks completely misdiagnosed my car, costing me time, money, and unnecessary frustration. They (deliberately?) told my insurance company that the damage was due to "maintenance issues" rather than the collision, forcing me to pay their ridiculous $170 diagnostic fee to retrieve my car and then pay out of pocket again to get it towed elsewhere. Turns out, they were TOTALLY WRONG. Like I thought. I brought my car to an experienced mechanic who actually took the time to thoroughly inspect it (rather than just running codes) and correctly identified and repaired the issues—which were indeed related to the collision. My insurance company is now reimbursing me, but Evergreen Autoworks wasted my time and money. Oh, and their connection with Caliber Collision? A complete joke. If you want inaccurate diagnostics, dismissive service, and a headache, by all means, go here. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle and go to a shop that actually cares about customer service, your insurance claim and doing the job right. Thanks for nothing, Evergreen Autoworks. 👎
Jessica, My sincerest apologies for how we handled this. We should have connected and communicated much better with you. I left you a voice mail and would like to refund your diagnostic fee with us. If you have another diagnostic fee from the other shop that you weren't reimbursed for by insurance, we'll cover that as well. Please call us back so I can get your info to process a refund. Again, my apologies for how this was handled. Greg
