Cooling System Maintenance
Your vehicles cooling system is designed to do just that, cool your vehicles hot components. Just like any other system in your car, it too needs regular preventative maintenance. If your cooling system develops a blockage or a leak, your vehicle is likely to overheat in a hurry!
Coolant Leaks
Coolant leaks can be caused by a variety of things including cracked hoses, poorly fit hoses, deteriorated gaskets. Corrosion within the radiator itself can also be a culprit as radiator metal is thin and easy to damage. Any of these can cause you to leak coolant, and if you run out of that, your engine will overheat. We check your coolant hoses, radiator and water pump for cracks, deterioration and other signs of wear to ensure your cooling system will continue working efficiently.
Coolant Blockages
Coolant blockages arise most often due to poor or non-existing preventative maintenance plans! Blockages consist of broken down coolant, metal flake and deposits of rubber from your cooling hoses. Flushing your cooling system at the manufacturers specified intervals can nearly eliminate the potential for blockages to develop, safeguarding your your automotive investment.
