This is the second time I have used Evergreen Autoworks and I would recommend them to anyone who likes:competent work, fair pricing, pleasant interactions, professional assistance should come here for their car/truck needs.I moved to WA from mid-West where I had a great team. I knew the family/ business personally. Cautious about finding good work out West. But I did and so happy.

I just got my truck back from Evergreen Autoworks and their service was incredible. I took it in with some cooling issues and we continue to have some issues with the fans kicking on and the engine running a little hot. They went way above and beyond to figure out the exact issue and get it fixed. After I picked it up they told me no charge. They had done so much to get the problem solved I tried to push money their way and they would not accept it. I will absolutely take my vehicle to them every time or anytime that I have an issue!

Excellent shop! There service and communication was excellent. I had a third party warranty company. They did all the work to get everything approved through the warranty company and paid for. The shop is clean, well kept, and very professional. I hope I don't need them again but if I do, this is the only shop I will use.

My alternator failed on the way to work and I was in a panic because every place was saying several days up to two weeks before they could fix my car. I found Evergreen auto Works online and they got me in the same day and their pricing was better and everyplace else I called. I went back a couple days later and had my front brakes done. I’m very pleased with the service and so appreciative because without them I would have been without my vehicle for at least several days. Highly recommend!

Made appt to have tranny fluid replaced. Hood thing I did, almost empty. This has happened before, with dire consequences. Glad I went there when I did.

We're a family of four and we've been bringing our cars to Evergreen Autoworks for almost 20 years. In that time, that covers over six cars between our family members. In every instance that we brought one of our cars in for diagnosis and repair, their technicians have been consistent with properly identifying the problem and making correct repairs with a quick turn-around time. Never have they recommended work that we didn't need, and conversely, they have made recommendations for work to assist with the longevity with our family "fleet." It was always at our discretion to have the recommended work performed and there was never any high pressure sales tactics. We moved out of Evergreen's local area several years ago but we still make the drive to their shop because we know we can trust them to properly repair our cars.

You did a wonderful job with aligning my granddaughter‘s car it was totally out of alignment and it’s good now thank you so much
