I had been having trouble with my battery dying after sitting a day or so. I had purchased a new battery as the old one was 2 years past its guarantee. It still continued to die on me. I took it in to Evergreen they diagnosed it and repaired it tge same day. Great service great people.

The folks at Evergreen were very calm and considerate. They help to find the problem that I had with my check engine light coming on. They did all the testing that they needed to do to come to the result. They replace the part that they needed to replace in a very quick manner. Their prices are fair and they are very efficient in their work. I would recommend them and I will be going back, hopefully not too soon. On our 2013 Honda pilot we had the 100,000 mile timing belt water pump spark plugs replaced by Evergreen and we were completely satisfied with the service and the car seems to run much smoother than before we brought it in and we also saved approximately $600 having Evergreen auto do the exact same work that a dealership would’ve charged us. Have used them before for similar work and have always been satisfied.

I had my wife 2014 Jeep Wrangler inspected and Fuel Injector replaced. Dropped it off at 9:30am and was done around 2:30. Evergreen contacted my vehicle warranty company. Paid my deductible and I was back on the road. Fair price and friendly service. I think I found my new mechanic.

I always take my car to the same shop in Tacoma, but moved recently. My car broke down and needed a new alternator, so I needed somewhere local. I’d been recommended Evergreen on Reddit before, so I had it towed there and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They sent me an Uber to pick up my key, and were straightforward and communicative about everything throughout the process. They even had O’reilly’s come switch out a bad battery that was still under warranty. All in all, a hassle-free experience. I’m happy to say that I now have a trusted mechanic up in the Everett area! 10/10
