My van started acting up while I was driving through Washington and none of the garages I took it to were able to see it on short notice. They all wanted me to leave it for a few days, which wasn't an option. Bret was not only able to make time in his schedule to look at my van, but he was able to diagnose it in under an hour and didn't sugar coat it when the news wasn't great. Other places would've tried to sell me on some short-term "fix" or other; Bret just laid it out for me straight. If I ever find myself back in Bothell and in need of a mechanic, I'll certainly be going back to Bret. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The alternator on my 2012 GMC Acadia went out while we were visiting family in the Bothell area and Bret at Evergreen AutoWorks did an outstanding job getting the car repaired on an emergency basis and also diagnosed 2 other issues with the car that will need addressing in the future. There was no pressure, only good advice , very timely work, and reasonable costs that allowed us to return home with the car performing perfectly. Thank you. In fact, I'm considering scheduling both recommended repairs and routine maintenance on this car when we visit Bothell in the future.

I always take my car here for service and routine oil changes. They are honest, prompt and easy to work with. We have always been very satisfied with all their employees and work.

We have been going to Evergreen Autoworks for a few years after some friends recommended them to us. I appreciate their honesty, quality of work and finishing the maintenance/repairs in a timely manner. They are excellent at communicating any issues they happen upon while working on our vehicles. Finding a shop where I feel comfortable with their work and ethics is difficult, however; I feel confident we've found such at Evergreen Automotive.

Bret was so helpful. He answered my questions before the repair and after the repair. He told us that he would have his mechanics check our car the same day we brought it in and repair it the next day. We were thrilled with the service and quality of the repair. This is a resource we will use again.

I had some electrical issues with our 19 year old Honda van and the folks at Evergreen confirmed that it was a bad alternator. Additionally the shop found some other minor issues that needed addressing. They called me to let me know what they had found and what my options were, and I okayed all the work.
