Bothell Auto Repair

Bret and the team at Evergreen did a great job for me. I was out of town, and my son's car failed to start on a Friday. I spoke with the Bret and he scheduled me in to have the car looked at the following Friday. He suggested a tow company in the area and told me to have it towed in and if a spot opened up he would look at it sooner. I had the car towed in Monday morning, and they had diagnosed the problem as a bad battery, fixed, that, changed the oil, and made some other repairs I'd asked them to look into by Tuesday. I was extremely pleased with the service and their honesty. This wasn't the first time I had work done there, and I will continue to use them in the future.

My van started acting up while I was driving through Washington and none of the garages I took it to were able to see it on short notice. They all wanted me to leave it for a few days, which wasn't an option. Bret was not only able to make time in his schedule to look at my van, but he was able to diagnose it in under an hour and didn't sugar coat it when the news wasn't great. Other places would've tried to sell me on some short-term "fix" or other; Bret just laid it out for me straight. The alternator on my 2012 GMC Acadia went out while we were visiting family in the Bothell area and Bret at Evergreen AutoWorks did an outstanding job getting the car repaired on an emergency basis and also diagnosed 2 other issues with the car that will need addressing in the future. There was no pressure, only good advice , very timely work, and reasonable costs that allowed us to return home with the car performing perfectly. Thank you. In fact, I'm considering scheduling both recommended repairs and routine maintenance on this car when we visit Bothell in the future.
