Bret was so helpful. He answered my questions before the repair and after the repair. He told us that he would have his mechanics check our car the same day we brought it in and repair it the next day. We were thrilled with the service and quality of the repair. This is a resource we will use again.

I had some electrical issues with our 19 year old Honda van and the folks at Evergreen confirmed that it was a bad alternator. Additionally the shop found some other minor issues that needed addressing. They called me to let me know what they had found and what my options were, and I okayed all the work. All done in a day for much less than the dealership. Thanks, Brent!

Had a scary moment last week where my little car lost power going up the hill to home, and the “Engine Service NOW!” light came on. The next morning (Friday) I called as soon as they opened, and was told they probably couldn’t do anything with it until Monday, but that I could have it towed in. They were fantastic to work with, had my problem diagnosed in a few hours of dropping the car off, and we were able to pick it up the same day! Professional service, courteous to me even though I’m (just) a woman, and the price seemed very fair. So happy to have found Evergreen!
