I got my car fixed a few weeks ago and it was running great! I drove it for a few weeks and had a check engine light on, but was confused because I thought that everything had been fixed that needed to be. I brought it back and evergreen was true to their word and warranty and is taking my car in and fixing the remaining issues for free! Brett is the manager and was very responsive and helpful, I cant say how much I appreciate his efforts and patience in this process. Outstanding courtesy and professionalism, I would recommend evergreen to anyone for issues with their car.

Needed an alignment on my vehicle for an upcoming road trip. I was worried I had delayed too long. The guys at Evergreen got my vehicle in and out in no time. Friendly professional service would recommend!

Always have a great experience here! So glad I chose to start coming here years ago. Everyone is very knowledgeable and very nice. I also appreciated that I wasn’t turned away because I work in an ER (some of my coworkers have been at some places during this pandemic). They also were great when I needed an oil change and some other maintenance and they ordered me an Uber home and back so I didn’t have to try to find a ride. Thank you Evergreen Autoworks! :)

Very friendly, got an alignment done after New tires, (recommended by Discount Tire) Brett was great and got it done quickly. Old tires wore prematurely because it was miss aligned, would not have needed new tires had I come here last year!

I had initially gone to Woodinville Sports Cars for engine repair of my 2014 VW Jetta. They gave me a price to repair my blown engine but warned the price would go up substantially if the transmission and water pump or other problems were found. I asked them for a favor if there were any other options. Jack Stewart that I was working with wen to the owner of the business. He had one place he would recommend, Evergreen AutoWorks. Gayle, Justin, Scott and Brett were awesome. Scott was gone for the initial 3 days, but as soon as he returned he found an engine with only 12,000 miles on it with a warranty 3 times that of a dealerships. It turned out the transmission and water pump and other parts had to be replaced. I know my savings was over $6,000. Again Scott located a 12,000 mile transmission. After having the car for 1,000 miles they changed the oil and checked over the engine and car, FOR NO CHARGE! In today’s sales environment you just don’t find this kind of integrity and customer first service. I’m so grateful and you will be too! RS
