Scott did a great job of communicating to me along the way as my vehicle was being diagnosed and let me know the pros and cons of each maintenance item so that I could make an informed decision. Previous shop I went to was a little cheaper but ended up costing me more in the long run. Not planning on taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I just had some work done on my Caddilac oil change and some shocks for my hood, there was a mix up do to the fact that I have two caddilacs , Scott figured it out! He went above and beyond, I really appreciate the extra effort! I have been a customer for many years and will be for many more#

Thank you Evergreen Autowrks for an amazing experience. Being a single woman is not always a good experience trying to get my car serviced. Your team was there to greet me, get me settled in the waiting room had good popcorn and coffee and a comfortable place to wait. Scott met me after my service and went over the invoice with me and explained also your reccommed items to think about. The price of an oil change was very reasonable and I will definitely go back again. Thank you and I will tell others of your great service.

My master switch went out on my Kia Optima. After calling shops all day because my window wouldn’t roll up and it was going to rain. Nobody could help, until I called Evergreen, they got my car in immediately and had the problem fixed before the end of the day. When everyone else let me down and tried to charge way too much, Evergreen had my back. They are now the only shop I’ll use and the only shop I trust. Everyone in there is friendly and they make you feel sincerely cared for right away. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Outstanding service from the new owners of this shop. I had an alignment done on my new to us 1990 Subaru. Within days of getting the car back, I returned, as the right front wheel was pulling so much that if I let go of the wheel, I changed lanes. They redid the alignment. I went to pick it up, and found that while it was a bit better, it still pulled. Todd went out for a drive with me, and agreed that something was wrong. A couple of hours later, they had determined that the steel bands in that right tire had shifted a bit. They switched it with the left rear tire, and it drives beautifully. Had the car most of the day, but didn't charge me a penny! I'll be back.

I would trust any of my 4 cars with this shop. Todd is so helpful and straight forward with quotes and getting an appointment . I have brought my cars other places and they were able to fix their mistakes so that my vehicles are up and running. It also helps that they are AAA rated as well.
