I have an older model car, so have had chance to visit this location rather frequently lately. They are always honest, up front and super friendly and helpful. I always leave feeling like they did their best and gave me good deal. And being a woman I never feel like they are talking down to me or patronizing me either. Super helpful folks!

I have been taking my cars to Evergreen Autoworks for every mechanical need for 13 years and am never disappointed. Today's service was no different. Everyone there is warm and friendly as well as professional, they always not only tell me what a problem may be, but they also never try to up-sell me and they always give me the bigger picture regarding what needs fixing now, what can wait, and what may become a problem up the road. I trust these people to do a great job in a timely manner, and to take good care of us.

Handled scheduled service efficiently and fairly and went above and beyond by checking brake pad wear and rotating tires at no additional cost.

E.G.A. Did a great job replacing my windshield wiper motor. I asked them to give the vitals a look over when they noticed my shocks were leaking hydraulic fluid. Now I’m back to driving in the rain while sitting two inches higher in my old f150. Work was good and timely but you have to pay to play.

Evergreen Auto has come through for us multiple times. Most recently we were getting ready for a trip and our truck broke down. They were able to squeeze us in to their schedule so we could leave on time.

We have been customers for 15+ years. There are new owners now but they are doing well and have pledged to make sure they don't charge for work that does not need to be done.

They're always fast & knowledgeable, and they're the only ones I trust with my car. SO happy with them!! The first time I called them, I'd gotten two wrong answers from two shops already, one which had almost cost me my car because he thought it was a thing that was no big deal (after already seeing my car while replacing the radiator), and I could fix whenever, so I waited. The guy at Evergreen, once I called around to fix what I *thought* was the issue, was honest about what they couldn't know but clearly had experience with my car and knew what he was talking about. Sure enough, it was the same *area* but a completely different issue that was extremely dangerous. He even kept the parts for me to look at if I'd wanted to. This last time, I called Evergreen in the afternoon, brought it in in the morning (soonest I could), they called within an hour and had it fixed before noon! These people are both knowledgeable and great at customer service.
