Working with Evergreen Auto Works has been an amazing experience from the start. I went in with an unknown issue and the technicians immediately got to work on diagnosing my problem. Upon finding out what was wrong, and that it was covered under warranty, Jeff went to battle for me on getting them to cover as much as possible. He went above and beyond my expectations and really gave me a 5-Star experience. From providing a shuttle back home to being in constant communication throughout the whole process (plus, they'll wash your vehicle before giving it back ). I have used this shop multiple times in the past and will continue to return here for all service and maintenance needs in the future! Thanks again for taking care of me!

I had an A/C Compressor replaced on a Ford Explorer by Evergreen Auto Works. Evergreen had a Ford Master Mechanic work on my vehicle and recharge the air conditioning. I bought the vehicle new and after 21 years, have 239K miles on it. The diagnostic and replacement cost was reasonable, and it allows me to continue driving the vehicle.
