Drive from Mill Creek to Sa-Go Auto, because I trust Matt's judgment and customer service. why wouldn't I go to Evergreen Auto across street from my house, you would ask. Cause Evergreen Auto (Todd) is a very dishonest individual. I told him that my car needs a thermostat. But Todd looked me in eye and said, I need to replace the head gasket, and it will cost anywhere between $3500.00 to $4300.00 (Guess his family need to go on vacation on my expense). So I had my car towed from Evergreen Auto to Sa-Go Auto. Guess what? Matt the owner of the Sa-Go said, he just changed the thermostat and saved me $3500.00 to $4300.00. I have the invoice. Customers, It worth driving to Sa-Go auto.

Helpful staff, Rick was available when I needed updates and was transparent on the work needed on my car. He sent photos of before/after, and provided a loaner vehicle. I recommend going to this shop for your vehicle repairs.

Dropped the truck off at 8 am for a sparkplug Change, quoted time was 12pm called to let them know my ride had an appt at 12 and asked for it to be done at 11:30, I arrive at 11:30 and am told it's gonna be 15 to 20 mins longer, no biggie, so I sit to wait and 2 hrs later at 1:30 pm they tell me it's all done and the tech Will bring my keys in a moment, 15 mins after that the owner or whoever todd pulls up in my truck explains there was nowhere to park and gives me my keys. Overall the job got done but it took way longer than it should have, would have liked to get an offer to cut my price for waiting so patiently but none was given. Try to be a bit more organized guys other than that I'm a very reasonable person do better for the next guy! :*)

Your right we had some issues today. I’d like to offer you a free oil change. Show me this message and I’ll comp your next service. Sorry about today’s experience. We were super busy and over scheduled.
