Helpful staff, Rick was available when I needed updates and was transparent on the work needed on my car. He sent photos of before/after, and provided a loaner vehicle. I recommend going to this shop for your vehicle repairs.

Dropped the truck off at 8 am for a sparkplug Change, quoted time was 12pm called to let them know my ride had an appt at 12 and asked for it to be done at 11:30, I arrive at 11:30 and am told it's gonna be 15 to 20 mins longer, no biggie, so I sit to wait and 2 hrs later at 1:30 pm they tell me it's all done and the tech Will bring my keys in a moment, 15 mins after that the owner or whoever todd pulls up in my truck explains there was nowhere to park and gives me my keys. Overall the job got done but it took way longer than it should have, would have liked to get an offer to cut my price for waiting so patiently but none was given. Try to be a bit more organized guys other than that I'm a very reasonable person do better for the next guy! :*)

Been a long time customer. Our vehicles have lasted us many years due to their great care.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment. I picked a bad day because of the snow in the area. They were running a little late but the service manager(?) came right out and explained. Was not a problem with me and I fully understood. I have been going to Evergreen for several years now and have never had any complaints. The whole staff is always friendly, not only to me but anyone that comes through the door. I will continue to have my cars serviced there.

They ran a very thorough diagnostic check on my truck and saved me a lot of time and money!
