I always appreciate the quality of the work performed on my cars. Rick is always honest and upfront with any vehicle concerns that are found. I have never felt taken advantage of, which is saying a lot.

The guys/gals are very through and make sure your car/truck is done right! No rushing to push the car out of the shop---My new Lexus was almost a total wreck and now it looks brand new! I was so impressed that I am now bringing my Shelby for them to work on as well! A very professional place that treats the customer first class! Tom B

Excellent service and customer support

I would normally give this shop a five star review, this is our neighborhood auto repair shop and we've been customers here for about 8 years. I don't know what's going on with the shop, but I've tried to call to set up a routine maintenance and after three days I have yet to receive a call back. This is very disheartening as they are normally on the ball with customer service.

Hands down the best auto-repair in Washington for mid-range cars; they have it all: professional staff, comfortable lounge, free food, detailed diagnoses, and fair rates. The people giving this place 1 star are undoubtedly the insatiable jerks that everyone in the service industry knows well.
