So let me begin with this......EVERGREEN AUTOWORKS WORKS 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Yesterday, out of nowhere my lovely 2007 Honda Accord simply told me "NO." This is after starting, and running twice with no problem early Friday. Thankfully she got me to work. It was my intent to drive to Klein Honda to get her serviced, but unfortunately I needed to get a tow. I work in Bothell, and I knew it would take some time to get to Klein Honda in Everett. Years ago, I went to Evergreen Autoworks for a collision repair, and their work was fantastic. So I figured I would try and see if they were able to get me in at the last minute, although considering it was Friday, and most body shops are booked in advance, I wasn't expecting much. Then I spoke with Rick Segovia, and everything changed. I explained to Rick what my situation was, advising it might be my starter, and he asked me to bring in the vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to their lot, and he quickly ran some tests and confirmed my starter went out 😒 The cost of their services were MUCH lower than going to the dealership. Then I found out that this shop is a ProFirst Certified body shop for Honda. That makes me feel even more comfortable about getting my work done here. There are not a lot of shops who have this distinction for Honda. I got my starter replaced, transmission flush, and I will soon be scheduling a timing belt replacement. If you value quality, customer service, and overall great energy, be sure to bring your vehicle here for repairs. Rick is a great representative of Evergreen Autoworks, and I bet everyone there provides the same service. To Klein Honda.....it's been a good run, but goodbye 👋 Thank you for reading, and have yourself a great rest of your day 😊 Calvin James
