They do the work but they charge A LOT. These folks got to my car in a few days, and when they did they wanted to charge me $1,400+ dollars for work with parts under $100 in value (still charged me over $300 for them). I declined the $556 valve adjustment and when I asked the mechanic why they seem to be $200 more than average on that for other shops and what people described in forums he said "I looked in the book" They also charged me $23 PER SPARK PLUG. Now for context, when they were done I took the receipt to o'reily's auto parts and had them look up the exact part (and that was the most expensive model they had for my car) and it still only cost $13 from them. That price does NOT include labor by the way, although even if it did, $10 to put in one spark plug? Really?! They also charged me nearly $250 in assessment fees BEFORE doing any work on my car. And when I came in to pick it up, I found a couple arguing with a sad looking mechanic over the same issue, heinously expensive and long assessments, which by the end he was willing to wave because he didn't seem to have any good reason it needed to take that long. They did do the work and I did get my car back alright and it took on the long side of their estimates but they did do it on schedule and they were pretty nice for the most part. (Paul was a bit sarcastic but whatever, they don't employ him for customer service I'm guessing). If you're desperate or money's no issue sure, go to them. But if you're not rich like me there's gotta be a better way.
