I was going to be late to my appointment by 10 mins so called them and asked if that was ok and they said they were fine to meet me 10 mins later. But after I arrived I was asked by the front desk to wait, i waited for 25 mins and then asked them why it's taking so long...the front desk person now checked with somebody and said my appointment was moved to the next slot (an hour from my original appointment)..... they should have told this when I arrived but I had to find it out after waiting for 25 mins. Later when I met the estimator he said he knew I will be coming 10 mins late and that my appointment was not actually moved to next slot...he then said he went to a meeting 15 mins after I arrived but did not bother to check if I was waiting. This is utterly poor customer service.

Thanks for your review. I’ve seen this as a problem in the past with our business. I have changed things to help eliminate this issue. Thanks for your honest comments. They do help us improve our service.

Called for an apoointment. Was told could be done by 5pm if I brought it in quickly. I quickly delivered the car, requesting oil change & rt rear brake light fix. I returned home. Less than 1 hour it was done, paid for & picked up. Excellent & fast

Great service, no surprises, friendly staff.

My car had been acting a little strange when I start it, but not all the time. This makes it hard for a repair shop to fix it. But Evergreen was able to figure it out, and (after a new starter) my car seems to be working great. Thanks!

Amazing customer service, reasonable rates, actually returns phone calls, convenient location, and their lobby is pretty cool too-like a mini museum :)

Great service as always. They didn't charge me for labor because it was a quick and easy job that I just couldn't do myself. I very much appreciate them not taking advantage of the situation and doing the fair thing.

Manny at evergreen auto works provided extreamly professional and friendly service when I dropped off my Nissan Leaf for repair, constant communication and updates of my repair and have the car repaired at the time and date I requested. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
