They recently did an extensive repair on my car. The next day after their estimator looked at it, the car was there getting fixed. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company & assisted me getting a rental car. I was updated every few days concerning the repair progress, plus, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule.

We had some miscommunication troubles when we dropped off my wifes car. Despite this I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and went above and beyond to fix the problems created by the miscommunication. I would highly recommend Evergreen Auto and plan to see them again for our future auto needs.

I was in an accident and the front of my car was an eye sore to say the least. The hood was buckled, all the front supports needed repair and so on. I went to Evergreen Autoworks to get an estimate after reading up on local collision repair shops & a recommendation from a friend. I met Manny and he assessed the damage to my car. Not only did he discuss what my concerns were, but he also understood my financial concerns since this repair was all out of pocket. As promised, Manny emailed a quote to me and it was in the $$ range I was comfortable paying. Throughout the whole process, Manny kept in contact with me and answered all the questions I had thrown his way. He truly understood that I wanted my car to be repaired and look good, but not spend a fortune either. And to me, that spoke volumes. It took exactly 9 business days to get my car back and it was beautiful! The team at Evergreen Autoworks did a fabulous job making my car look practically brand new again. I absolutely recommend going to Evergreen Autoworks, and be sure to see Manny. He made the whole "OMG I was in an accident and I have to pay for everything myself AND I have to find an autobody place that won't rip me off" experience the best it could be. I have used Evergreen auto for over 15 years and I have never had a problem that they could not take care of. They are truly customer oriented and they know a lot about cars too. Great people.

I have taken 3 different vehicles to this automotive service. The are always helpful, explain their findings and don't recommend unnecessary work. Recently i called the dealership i bought my car from and they wanted to charge me $1,200 for a 30,000 mile service, when i questioned them about why so much they hadn't told me that the quote was for required and recommended items. I asked based on my manual how much to do the required service items and they then said $625. Let's say the dealership srrvice department works on commission.. Evergreen quoted me $328. Then called me to say they didn't see a need to replace the brake fluid it was in "like new" condition so my final cost was about $160. These guys are trustworthy.
