I was going to be late to my appointment by 10 mins so called them and asked if that was ok and they said they were fine to meet me 10 mins later. But after I arrived I was asked by the front desk to wait, i waited for 25 mins and then asked them why it's taking so long...the front desk person now checked with somebody and said my appointment was moved to the next slot (an hour from my original appointment)..... they should have told this when I arrived but I had to find it out after waiting for 25 mins. Later when I met the estimator he said he knew I will be coming 10 mins late and that my appointment was not actually moved to next slot...he then said he went to a meeting 15 mins after I arrived but did not bother to check if I was waiting. This is utterly poor customer service.
