WE have used Evergreen for years. I can say honestly that I trust them.

Excellent experience. I just received my car back after an accident that required a good amount of front end body and mechanical work in addition to computer work. The team coordinated everything, took care of me when it was taking longer than expected (outside of their control), and did immaculate work. Thanks again!

Charged me 200 just to look at the car and make a diagnosis. Took almost 2 days. I called multiple times for updates with no response. When they finally did call back they quoted me 1600 for the work on top of the 200. I declined the work picked up my car and took it somewhere else. The other shop make a completely different diagnosis and I was out the door 500 total all in 1 day.Total scam artists. I want my 200 refunded and I would like my rental car of 100 reimbursed. I doubt that will ever happen though. Stay away from this place.

This place was amazing. Phil and his team did an excellent job that went above and beyond my expectations. To be fair, I brought in a fairly messy 01 Accord for an interior detail. In one day, they finished working on the car. When I came in to see the work, I was shocked. My car had never looked cleaner! In addition, Phil was a pleasure to talk to as he consistently called me to chat about the progress/status of my vehicle, keeping me informed throughout every step of the process. Would definitely reccomend anyone looking for a detail to come visit Phil.

As always, the crew of Evergreen Autoworks completed the work on my vehicle quickly, efficiently, and treated me with superb customer service the entire way. I first became a customer of Evergreen while leaving just up the road in Mill Creek. Even since moving into Seattle, I still go out of my way to bring my vehicle to Evergreen because of the excellent service and experience.
