I am very happy to write that I had the opportunity to speak and work with Jeff (the owner) in regards to all the issues with my truck and previous experiences. Jeff and I had multiple conversations through out the entire process of my truck being brought back (the day that we spoke) in to the shop and the work being completed. He also did offer to continue the warranty restarting the day they completed my truck. I realize as a small business owner myself that Jeff very much cares about his reputation and his name so it was very nice to see a business owner remedy a bad situation and turn it into such a positive experience. Because of his actions I have decided to start going back to Evergreen for all my automotive needs and he promised me if any other issues arose to contact him directly about them. Again thank you so much to Jeff and Mike for the fixing everything and I look forward to the time we get to work with one another again. And one more thing after reading a specific comment left by another Yelp user stating that these guys steal cash I can 100% vouch they do not. I left a large sum of money in my truck and not a measly $60 with other valuables in my truck and not one piece of it was touched or taken. With any business review communicating effectively and spelling words correctly would be a great start to. Thank you !

Had my car towed to them, they had the car for over a week and finally said they repaired it. When I went to pick it up, it got a few blocks away before breaking down AGAIN with the exact same issue. They said they misdiagnosed it... and were willing to refund me the cost of the previous quote so they could provide a much higher quote for something they didn't diagnose to begin with! What a rip off. Now I've been without a vehicle for 2 weeks; obviously my time and inconvenience is not important to them, but hopefully warning people of their craptastic repairs will be a bit more noticed.

I brought my car in for some body work because my clear coat was chipping and peeling on the hood. I worked with Mike who was able to get me a quote that was priced competitively. The repair work they did came out exceptionally well. You can't even notice a difference from what is factory painted and what was repaired by them. A+ service as far as the body work goes. I was disappointed that they started my car without the headlights in, causing an error code. They were going to charge me an extra $200 to reset the code which was not part of the estimate and could have been avoided, but I declined since I have the manufacturer specific cable and computer software for my car. Its an inconvenience and if I wasn't a car enthusiast, would have been out extra money.

I have been taking our cars to Evergreen for almost ten years and highly recommend them to all our friends, family members and employees. The work is always excellent and completed on time, everyone working there is genuinely friendly, caring, and professional, and I would not even consider going anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance or repair.
