Great help with my diagnosis at a reasonable price. They were really honest about what I needed to get done and didn’t try to push me to get more work done then needed. Had an oil leak and they were kind enough to suggest to not invest in the car because it wasn’t worth it. Wish they had rentals you could use while ur car was being worked on, but they didn’t have any at that time and it was my only car so made life a lil difficult.

Hello Paul, Happy we could help! Thank you for the kind review! Bret

They steal stuff out of your car. I put my cash in the glovebox before they fixed the oil. Once I got my car back it wasn’t in there. We’re not mad just we won’t go back and my word of mouth for this place will be not so good. Don’t bother replying to this comment Evergreen ‘owner’. Adios

I went to a car wash last week and the machine damaged my side mirror. It was very minor damage, only the glass broke off. I contacted a local parts store to see if they had the glass in stock and was told the glass is not in stock but they could order it for between 30-50 depending on if it was for a power/heated mirror. I then contacted evergreen to see if they would be able to assist with getting the repair done. They called me back and informed me with labor and tax I would be looking at over $400. I mentioned to Brett, the man on the phone, that autozone had this part for a fraction of the cost, i would only need to order it and turn around time was less than a week. Why would be charge me so much. He stated his vendors have it at this cost and and if I wanted to buy it at autozone, I could go ahead and proceed. This response just did not sit right with me at all. It's just the glass that is missing, I don't need an entirely new mirror. I felt uncomfortable with the "quote" from evergreen and contacted another mechanic who is going to do the entire repair for $143 including labor.

Hello Abbegail, I believe I miss communicated the information that I had for you. Sorry for the confusion. You called looking for replacement glass for your Jeep. My sources did not show the option of aftermarket glass in stock. I had you give me you VIN number in a attempt to source the glass from Jeep. I gave you the price for the glass from Jeep. You told me that Autozone could sell you aftermarket glass for between $30 to $50. I stated that would also be my cost for the glass. This is where I miss communicated with you. I said you could pick up the glass and I would install it for you. I believe I came across that I was telling you to deal with it yourself. The message I wanted to deliver was, buy the glass and bring it in and I would install it for you. Your cost for me to install it would be $67.50. My apologies for the miss communication. Thank you for for the review! This will help me in the future to make sure that I am more concise when giving information to my clients. Bret

Went in for A/C drain and refill and they discovered I had a leak fixed it and got me on my way the same day, so far so good on the repair no complaints.

Thanks Evergreen Autoworks for fixing my car. Today I just replaced break switch. Less than 10min after my car was fixed and then I got a receipt. Over $140 replace cost for break switch. Is that price reasonable? Break switch part price : $5 Paid price : $59 I think reasonable price is $50 ~$60 They charged too much money to me. They probably thought that I'm a soft touch. I'll never use this auto shop.

Hello Ben, I welcomed you to our shop on Friday July 1st at 3:20 pm. You told me you are having a starting problem with your Nissan. I went out with you to demonstrate the issue. You stated the brake lights do not work. I suggested " to replace the brake light switch, and hope it fixes the problem" I ordered the switch and had my technician install it. The brake light switch fixed your problem. My cost on the switch was 25.46, I charged you $56.58 for the part. This is the standard markup in the auto industry. I charged you for a half hour labor as per Mitchell book time, which was $67.50. We have a 3 year 36000 mile warranty on all of the work we perform. Your 1 star review does not reflect the fact that I'm knowledgeable enough to start with the switch. Most shops would have charged you diagnostic time to see what was needed. They also might not have been able to help you until next week. I took care of your problem when you came in with no appointment within an hour. This allowed you to use your car over the holiday weekend. I hope this helps you to understand the benefits to cost paid for your repair. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me. Thank you, Bret

Service is better than expected. Replaced tierods. Did wheel alignment. Bret recommended timing belt replacement and spark plugs. But it was done 15k miles ago. No big deal. Calipers need replacement. And he is right. Honest business and they are professionals. I inspected their work, as I also fix cars. They did a better job than I could ever do..
