RIP OFF!!! I wish I could mark up products over 3 times the retail costs! They want some $770 for a radiator that a well known auto parts store will sell over the counter for $229. Most repair places don't charge for an estimate if you have them do the repairs. This place charges either way on there estimate. Be sure to get 2nd opinions to make a sound decision.

After couple time going there and the issue is not solved on my car, I am looking for another shop. they are not good with German engine cars!

I went here because they are local and got decent reviews online. My car had a noise that I wanted to get checked out. I was very specific about the sound and had a good idea of where it was coming from. I was very flexible and told them they could hold on to the vehicle as long as they needed to determine the cause of the sound. The next week I was told they could not hear the noise I was referring to and that I could pick my car up because there was nothing they could do about it. At this point, I was obviously disappointed that they could not hear anything, which my girlfriend, myself, and random passersby could notice. I was also disappointed that they didn't take me up on my offer to ride along and point the noise out to them. Anyways, I went to pick my car up before a holiday weekend and was surprised at the absurd price they charged me to drive my car around and not do any work on it. The mechanic that "worked" on my car wasn't there (of course), so I wasn't able to talk to him. At this point, I was just off work and they were closing shop themselves, so I paid the ridiculous price and got my keys back (They also charged me to check my engine light code which other mechanics do for free; and proposed installing new parts which I declined and ended up not needing). I was also told they would call me to go over the charges once the they talked to the mechanic. I never did get that call from them. After all of this, the funny thing is, the next week I figured out the source of the noise myself, which was exactly where I told them I thought it was coming from. I then fixed the problem with a little help from my friends and by using videos and articles I found online. It also cost me a fraction of what these ding dongs charged to dilly daddle around.

I was not satisified with the work performed on my vehicle at this facility. After I left, I still had horrible pulsation which has lasted up until today. After reviewing the work performed on my vehicle, it appears Evergreen only removed and resurfaced the drums and cleaned the hardware...for $310.00!!! When I left, I was advised that there was still a "slight pulsation" however, this is not accurate as my vehicle STILL had horrible and intense pulsation - just as bad as when I initially brought it in to the shop. I came to your shop because I read good online reviews. However, I am horribly unsatisified with the work performed on my vehicle. I was informed that further diagnosis would need to be performed....BUT, for $310.79, I expected this place to get to the bottom of the problem and fix the issue! Bottom line is that I took my car to Les Schwab today and they fixed the pulsation problem in its entirety for $209.00. It took them 5 minutes to determine it was the roters which needed to be replaced and their service was exceptional. I no longer have any issues. This is NO THANKS to Evergreen. Your facility should NOT be working on brakes if you cannot find the problem. I am asking you to refund the money I spent at your facility as it did not fix the problem. I am happy I went elsewhere because I feel you would have tried to take me for more money with all of your "diagnosing" that you apparently need to do. I asked for a refund minus parts...my email was ignored. Thanks..for nothing! UPDATE: My email was answered and I will be receiving a full refund. I wish the experience had gone a bit better, though. I will admit the customer service was pretty great, but I would not recommend them for brake work....

I had a cam shaft sensor go out in my car which disabled it on the side of I-405. I had the car transported to Evergreen Autoworks and was happy to see that they were open on a Saturday. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and the communication during the repair process was very good. Before they did the work the mechanic suggested that I also change my timing belt and all that other goodies that need to be replaced at the same time. It made sense. Since they were already having to take a bunch of stuff off to get to the cam sensor, why not take care of the routine maintenance and not have to pay for labor twice. They repaired my car in a timely manner and the repairs and maintenance cost what they estimated. However, I have some suggestions: - My car smelled of cigarette smoke. I see that this was also a similar concern with another Yelp reviewer. - Most places clean your care inside and out after a service. I just dropped $1400 in maintenance and repair and was surprised that the car was not cleaned and even had oily smudged finger and hand marks on the hood. - Needless to say I had to clean my car afterwards, air it out of the cigarette smoke and clean the interior to get rid of the cigarette smell. - I was going to replace the spark plugs and actually had the spark plugs in the vehicle. When I spoke to the shop manager he said they would would change out the spark plugs at no additional charge. I thought that this was great customer service until I got the car back and they plugs had not been installed as agreed upon. Conclusion: I only gave them 3 stars because I could not give them 3.5 stars. They did a fine job and were quick but did not go above and beyond to impress me. Coupled with my above concerns keeps them at 3 stars. Maybe I'm being too critical because this is my first real auto mechanic experience but I just spent $1400 and feel that they could have thrown in more of those little extras to make the sting of the maintenance and repairs less painful. I would go back to them again if needed based on their location to my home, timeliness of their work and positive attitude.

I took a Town car here to get the auto leveler fixed. They tried to repair it then concluded that a fixed suspension system was the way to go. This was not before a lot of time spent trying to get the air suspension system working. They did not charge us for that extra labor and now all is well with a non air suspension replacement system working. Thanks a lot !

Found these guys through Yelp. They gave me a reasonable quote, their staff was friendly, professional and patient and they completed my repairs in both the time and price estimate they quoted me originally. There is one thing holding me back from leaving a five star review: My car smelled distinctly of cigarette smoke when I got it back. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I recently drove from Portland to Seattle to look at a used car in Bothell, Wa. I wanted to have an independent mechanic look at the car to make sure there wasn't any obvious problems. I called last minute to Evergreen and Phil was kind enough to squeeze me into the schedule for a quick inspection. I brought my car in and Phil and the team looked at the car and was kind enough to answer a few additional questions - the most amazing thing was that they did this all for free! While I was there, there was another customer at the shop and she also raved about Evergreen and their great customer service. Although I haven't used them for any actual repairs, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place that is focused on great customer service!

My wife and I have been taking our cars here mostly for oil changes for 3-4 years. My wifes brakes had never been looked at so we had them check the brakes at the last oil change. They told us the front brakes were down to nothing, which they probably were. The crazy part comes at their estimate. $600 for a front brake job. They told her that her rotors were not turnable and had to be replaced. Of course we got a second opinion from a local brake center. They told us the rotors were fine and did the entire job for $160 and the brakes feel great on her car and don't squeek or throb at all. We feel very much like we were lied to at evergreen auto to try to sell more parts and rip off people that don't know better. It really felt like boarderline fraud. We may still take our cars there for oil changes due to their coupons but we will never get any other work done there for the simple reason that they are not trustworthy and overcharge for simple maintenance tasks. The labor charge alone for their brake job was more than the entire brake job cost us elsewhere.

Over the past several years I have taken my vehicles to Evergreen Autoworks when I need a repair that is beyond routine maintenance and cannot be handled by a place such as Grease Monkey. The primary reason I have taken my vehicles here is because of convenience...they are within walking distance to my home so I don't have to bother anyone to come pick me up or drop me off. However, I do take my vehicles here with caution. The reason for my caution is that they do charge for every diagnostic which can run from about $50-$100 or more depending on how many systems you need investigating. It seems to me that if they do find an issue, the cost of the diagnostic ought to be decreased a bit. Additionally I have found that I do have to review my invoice carefully because nearly every time I have found some mysterious charge that doesn't make sense and I've had to question it. For example, I recently needed a fix that only the dealership could do. Ev Auto took it the dealership to make the fix with a sublet fee. Fair enough. However, the invoice had 2 sublet fees. As a result of questioning it, I was not able to pick up my vehicle, but had to wait an additional two days until my service person came back to work to discuss the additional sublet charge. It seems it was an honest mistake and the extra fee was removed. So you can work with them on any issue and they are friendly. If it wasn't for the convenience, I probably would shop around and compare shops. Now I've also taken my vehicles there for body work and they did an excellent job, but fortunately I didn't have to worry about being overcharged because insurance handled that aspect.
